Venison Salami & Fig Open Sandwich

Serves 2-4


Ingredients

2 slices of toasted sourdough 2 figs, quartered
6 slices of venison salami
Soft cheese
Rocket
A handful of toasted walnuts, roughly chopped
Red onion marmalade


Method

Spread the cheese over the sourdough and assemble all the ingredients on top. Cut each slice in half and serve.
