Melon and Crispy Salami Salad

Serves 2-4


Ingredients


Melon
Mixed salad leaves
Small mozzarella balls
Venison salami
Balsamic vinegar
Fresh mint leaves (optional)


Method

Scoop small balls from a melon.
Arrange mixed salad leaves on a plate.
Divide small mozzarella balls and the melon balls over the plate.
Crisp venison salami in a pan or oven, then break into small pieces and sprinkle over the salad.
Reduce balsamic vinegar in a pan until you get a nice glaze.
Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the salad and add some small mint leaves if you have them.

Serve and enjoy.
